摘要

目的:研究克郁舒神颗粒对实验性恶劣心境大鼠体重及行为学的影响。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠

随机分为对照组、模型组、克郁舒神颗粒高、中、低剂量组和氟西汀组

每组10只。采用慢性不可预见的温和性应激和孤养方法制备实验性恶劣心境大鼠模型。观察大鼠体重

应用Open-Field法和糖水消耗实验研究大鼠行为学改变。结果:与模型组比较

克郁舒神颗粒大、中剂量组和氟西汀组大鼠体重增加;克郁舒神颗粒各剂量组和氟西汀组大鼠糖水消耗量、水平活动和垂直活动得分显著增加。结论:克郁舒神颗粒可明显改善实验性恶劣心境大鼠的抑郁行为。

Abstract

Objective:To study the effect of Ke yushushen granule on body weight and behavior of experimental dysthymia rat.Method:Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the following groups

control

model

Ke yushushen granule(low dose

middle dose

high dose)and Fluoxetine with 10 rats in each group.The rats were separtately raised and put under chronic unpredictable mild stress

in order to induce the model of dysthymia.The weight of the rats was observed and their behavioral changes were studied via sucrose-water consumption and Open-field test.Results:The results showed that the weight was higher in the high and middle dose groups of Ke yushushen and Fluoxetine compared with the model group.The sucrose consumption and activaties were higher in the three doses of Ke yushushen granule and Fluoxetine groups.Conclusions:Ke yushushen granule is effective in mitigating depressed behavior of experimental dysthymia rats.
