摘要

目的:研究参附强心胶囊(SFQX)对犬急性心力衰竭的保护作用。方法:采用静脉输入戊巴比妥钠诱发犬急性实验性心力衰竭

以多道生理记录仪测定HR、BP、LVSP、dp/dtmax及LVEDP等心脏血流动力学参数。结果:参附强心胶囊对戊巴比妥钠所致犬实验性心力衰竭有明显的改善作用

主要表现为加快HR

升高BP、LVSP及dp/dtmax

降低LVEDP

增加LVMCF。结论:参附强心胶囊对戊巴比妥钠诱发犬急性心力衰竭有明显的保护作用。

Abstract

Objective:To study the protective effects of shenfu qiangxin capsule(SFQX)on acute heart failure in dogs.Methods:The acute heart failure model were prepared by injection of pentobarbital sodium via vein.The cardiac hemodynamic parameters

such as HR

LVSP

dp/dt_(max) and LVEDP were observed by physiological polygraph.Results:SFQX is effective to attenuate the heart failure induced by pentobarbital sodium.After treatment

the HR

LVSP

and dp/dt_(max) are increased significantly

LVEDP is lowered

and the LVMCF is enhanced.Conclusion:SFQX possesses the protective effects on acute heart failure induced by pentobarbital sodium in dogs.
