摘要

目的:建立用HPLC同时测定苦参药材中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量测定方法。方法:用氨基键合柱

以乙腈-3%磷酸溶液-无水乙醇(80∶10∶10)为流动相

检测波长:220nm。结果:苦参碱在0.050～0.61μg范围内有良好的线性关系

氧化苦参碱在0.372～4.464μg范围内有良好的线性关系。结论:山西黎城、山西左权、山西临汾和陕西太白苦参药材中氧化苦参碱含量较高

均大于3.0%

各地药材的苦参碱含量差异不大。

Abstract

Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method to determine the contents of matrine and oxymatrine in Sophora flavescens Ait.for selecting its suitable planting areas.Methods:A YWG-NH_2 was used as the solid phase

acetonitrile-3% phosphoric acid-ethand(80∶10∶10)as the mobile phase

with a detection wavelength at 220nm.Results:The calibration curves of matrine and oxymatrine were in good linearity over the rang of 0.050～0.061μg and 0.372～4.464μg

respectively.Conclusion:Sophora flavescens growing in Licheng

Zuoquan

Linfen in Shanxi province and Taibai in Shaanxi province contained higher oxymatrine than 3%.Content differences of matrine were smaller in different growing places.
