摘要

目的:测定黄芪桂枝五物汤不同配伍情况下黄芪甲苷的溶出量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法

色谱条件:色谱柱:HypersilODSC18柱(4.6mm×250mm

5μm)

流动相:甲醇-水(20:80)为流动相;检测波长:201nm;流速:1.0mL/min。结果:不同配伍组黄芪甲苷的溶出量也不同

全方组为0.079%

黄桂组、黄姜组、黄白组、黄枣组、黄芪组分别为0.079、0.069、0.061、0.055、0.062%。结论:方中不同药味与黄芪配伍后

对黄芪甲苷的煎出量有不同程度的影响。

Abstract

Objective:To determine the contents of dissolved astragaloside in Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang(HQGZWWT) and its compatible recipes.Methods:The contents of Astragaloside was determined by HPLC

the analysis was carried on an Hypersil C_(18)(4.6×250mm

5μm) column eluted with methanol-water(20∶80) as mobile phase and detected at 201nm

with flow rate 1.0mL/min.Results:The contents of dissolved astragaloside were different in the different combinations of the herbal drags dissimilar team.It was 0.076% in HQGZWWT and in Huang-Gui

Huang-Bai

Huang-Zao and Huangqi teams

the contents of astragaloside were 0.079%、0.069%、0.061%、0.055% and 0.062% respectively.Conclusion:Radix Astrageli combined with dissimilar Chinese drugs in HQGZWWT would evidently affect the contents of dissolved Astragaloside.
