Objective:To observe the pharmacodynamics on compatible application of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.and various fritillariae tuber to explain the counteractive mechanism of herbal counteractors.Methods:The effects of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.and various fritillariae tuber on body temperature

Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.can significantly degrade body temperature in normal mouse
meanwhile
Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.matched with Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii can resist the degrading of temperature causd by CarmichaeliiK Debx(P<0.05);2.Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.Combine used with Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii or Fritillaria sungbei Hsiao et K.C.Hsia can significatly increase body temperature in antondine model rat compared with single use of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.(P<0.05 or P<0.01);3.There is a significant difference in mouse gastric empting effect between Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.and Fritillaria sungbei Hsiao et K.C.Hsia single use of and combinal one(P<0.05);4.Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.matched with F.unibracteata Hsiao et K.C.Hsia or F.przewalskii Maxing in anti-gastrohelcoma or anti-inflammatory showed a more potential action than Aconitum carmichaelli Debx.singly used.Conclusion:Pharmacologic effects of compatible application of Aconitum carmichaelii Debx.and various fritillariae tuber on animals' body temperature
