Objective: To observe the effect of xiangqi-sijunzi decoction on red cellular immunity and anti-heat stress on mice.Method: spleen-asthenia model of kunming mice was made

then the normal mice and the spleen-asthenia mice were fed with xiangqi-sijunzi decoction.Test the index of red cellular immunity and survive time in high temperature after 10 days.Result: after xiangqi-sijunzi decoction treatment

the RBC-C3b-RR of normal and spleen-asthenia mice can be significantly improved comparing with control group(P<0.01)

the RBC-ICRR was decreased(P<0.01);the survive time of the normal and spleen-asthenia mice can be obviously prolonged(P<0.01).Conculsion: the red cellular immunity and heat stress abilities can be significantly improved by xiangqi-sijunzi decoction treatment

the ability of red cellular immune and anti-heat stress activity have a positive correlation.
