Objective:To establish a TLCS fingerprinting for ethyl acetate extract of CDYH with anti-HBV activity in vitro
Which will be helpful for the quality standard of CDYH.Methods:Using HepG_2-2.2.15 cells strain
the anti-HBV activity of ethyl acetate extract of CDYH was detected by ELISA
meanwhile ethyl acetate extract of CDYH was chromatographed by TLC and acaned by CS9000 TLCS.Results:The ethyl acetate extract of CDYH has a significant inhibitory effect on antigen of HBV in vitro
and A good separating TLCS fingerprinting was established and four peaks were identified as berberine
caffeic scid
ferulic acid and rhein respectively. Conclusion:The fingerprinting was connected with the effect of anti-HBV activity
and the quality of this preparation was controlled better.
