目的:观察月华胶囊对耐多药结核鼠T淋巴细胞亚群、TH1/TH2细胞因子的影响及其机理。方法:将耐多药结核鼠随机分成模型组、月华胶囊组、抗结核药(OEZD)组、月华胶囊+抗结核药组
另设正常组。测各组中的CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-10、TNF-α。结果:①与模型组比较
月华胶囊组、抗结核药组、月华胶囊+抗结核药组均明显减少CD4、CD4/CD8、INF-γ、IL-2降低(P<0.01)
明显改善IL-10、INF-α升高(P<0.05);②与抗结核药组比较
月华胶囊+抗结核药组各指标差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:月华胶囊对耐多药结核鼠有治疗作用
其机理是通过调控T淋巴细胞亚群CD4、CD4/CD8及其TH1型细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-2
TH2型细胞因子IL-10和TNF-α的水平而实现的。
Objective:To observe the possible influence of YUEHUA capsule(YHC) on T Lymphocyte subgroup and TH1/TH2 cytokines in rats with Multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) and its mechanism for this effect.Methods:The experimental rats
as the studying model
were Divided into the modeling group
YHC group
the drug of antituberculosis (OEZD) group and YHC & OEZD group in random process. And there was normal group. Then CD4+
CD8+
CD4+/CD8+
IFN-γ
IL-2
IL-10
and TNF-α were observed in the all group.Result:Compared with the modeling group
CD4+
CD4+/CD8+
IFN-γ and IL-2 were significantly controlled to go down(P<0.01)
and IL-10
INF-α were significantly controlled to go up (P<0.05) in YHC group
OEZD group and YHC & OEZD group. Compared with OEZD group
in YHC & OEZD group the findings were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:YHC holds therapeutic effects on rats with MDR-TB. These effects may be associated with the controlled Level of CD4+
CD4+/CD8+ and TH1/TH2 cytokines
including IFN-γ
IL-2 and IL-10
and TNF-α.
