摘要

目的:采用大鼠高脂血症模型观察红花提取物降血脂、抗氧化及对血液流变学指标的影响。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养大鼠造成高脂血症模型

口服给药一个月后

腹主动脉采血

分别用非抗凝血和抗凝血测定TG

LDL

全血黏度

血浆黏度

红细胞压积

血清MDA

SOD和NO。结果:红花水提物明显降低高脂血症大鼠TC

LDL-C;醇提物降低TC;两种提取物均降低高脂血症大鼠血浆黏度及MDA含量;醇提物使SOD活性升高。结论:红花提取物对高脂血症大鼠具有一定的降脂作用

降低血浆黏度

同时提高机体抗氧化能力。

Objective:To observe the effects of extract from Carthamus tinctorius L on regulation of lipid metabolism
