摘要

目的:观察红桃消肿合剂的活血化瘀、抗炎作用。方法:观察红桃消肿合剂对家兔全血黏度、血浆黏度、血小板聚集、血栓形成的影响以及对大鼠足肿胀、小鼠毛细血管通透性的影响。结果:红桃消肿合剂明显降低血瘀家兔血黏度、抑制血小板聚集和体外血栓形成

抑制大鼠足肿胀和小鼠毛细血管通透性。结论:红桃消肿合剂具有活血化瘀和抗炎作用。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effects of Hongtao Detumescent Heji(HDH) on activating blood circulation and anti-inflammatory.Methods:The effects of the HDH on blood viscosity

platelet aggregation and thrombosis of rabbits were observed.anti-inflammatory action was investigated through experimental arthritis of rats and capillary vessel permeability of mice.Results:The HDH could reduce obviously the blood viscosity

inhibit platelet aggregation and reduce thrombosis of the rabbits

restrain experimental arthritis of rats and lighten capillary vessel permeability of mice.Conclusions:The HDH could promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis and anti-inflammatory.
