摘要

目的:采用HPLC法测定固肾丸中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:DiamonsilTMC-18色谱柱(200×4.6mm

5μm)

加装Phenomenex保护柱；流动相乙腈-水(20∶80)；流速1.0mL/min；检测波长270nm。结果:淫羊藿苷线性范围0.15μg～2.10μg

r=0.99998(n=6)；平均回收率97.42%

RSD为2.17%(n=6)。结论:本方法检测结果准确

重复性好

能有效地控制固肾丸的质量。

Abstract

Objective:To establish the HPLC method for determination of icariin in Gushen pills.Method:HPLC was performed on a Diamonsil C18column (4.6×200 mm

5μm) with acetonitrile-water(20∶80) as mobile phase.Detecting wavelength was 270nm and flow rate was 1.0mL/min.Result:A good linear relationship between peak area and concentration was noted at 0.15～2.10 μg with a correlation coefficient of r=0.99998(n=6) for icariin.The recovery rate of icariin was 97.4%(RSD=2.17%).Conclusion:This method is accurate

repeatable and effective for quality control of Gushen pills.
