Objectives:To observe the therapeutic effects of Granule Peng Qiang Yan on chronic inflammation of endometrium in rat's.Methods:The Chronic Inflammation model was induced by intrauterine injection of phenol mucilage in female rats.After intrauterine injection of one week Granule Peng Qiang Yan were orally administered daily for 15 days.The rats were sacrificed after 24 hours of last oral administration.Uterine tissue samples were taken for histological observation and the blood samples were collected for measurement of the related immunologic index.Results:It was found that Granule peng Qiang Yan increased the content of serum immunoglobulins and the transformation rate of T-lymphocytes significantly.The inflammatory reaction of endometrium in rats was effectively inhibited.Conclusion:Granule Peng Qiang Yan possesses obvious therapeutic effects to promote immunologic function and inhibit metrosynizesis in the experimental chronic inflammation of endometrium in rats.
