摘要

目的:探讨二维三七桂利嗪胶囊(DNCC)对全脑缺血再灌注损伤的疗效；方法:阻断大鼠四动脉血流10min

再灌注72h制成全脑缺血再灌注模型；观察DNCC对全脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑电图、学习记忆、脑指数、脑含水量及海马区神经元变化的影响。结果:DNCC能降低全脑缺血后脑电图的下降幅度

缩短再灌注后脑电图的恢复时间；提高全脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的学习记忆能力；可降低脑指数及脑含水量；再灌流72h后海马CA1区存活的细胞数高于模型组。结论:DNCC对全脑缺血再灌注具有明显的保护作用。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Divitamins Notonginseng and Cinnarizine Capsules(DNCC) on the global cerebral ischemia reperfuion injury.Methods:Ligating bilateral common carotid arteries and bilateral centrum arteries for ten minutes

and then reperfusing 72 hours induced the global cerebral ischemia reperfusion model.Observing the influence of DNCC on theelectroencephalogram(EEG)

and the number of the neuron alive.Results:DNCC can obviously reduce the decreasing scope of EEG

short recovering time of EEG after reperfusion

reduce learning and memorizing disturbance

and improve the living cells at hippocampi after reperfusion for 72 hours.Conclusion:DNCC can strongly protect the brains impaired by global cerebral ischemia reperfusion.
