摘要

目的:建立苦参汤有效部位中总黄酮含量测定方法。方法:以黄芩苷为对照品

采用盐酸镁粉反应比色法测定总黄酮含量。结果:黄芩苷在6.971～34.857μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系

回归方程为C=0.0221A+0.0053(r=0.9994)。黄芩苷平均回收率为103.59%

RSD=0.74%(n=5)。结论:3批样品测定结果表明

所建立的方法简便、准确

可用于苦参汤有效部位总黄酮含量测定。

Abstract

Objective To establish the method for the determination of the content of total flavonoids in the effective fraction of Kushen decoction. Methods The content of total flavonoids was determined with HCl-Mg reaction colorimetry

and selected baicalin as reference substance.Results Baicalin had a liner relationship with the absorbance in the range of 6.971～34.857μg/mL and the regression equation was as follows:C=0.0221A+0.0053(R2=0.9994).The average recovery for baicalin was 103.59%.RSD=0.74%(n=5).Conclusion The determination of the contents of total flavonoids of three batches of samples showed that the method was easy and accurate

and could be used to determine the contents of total flavonoids in the effective fraction of Kushen decoction.
