摘要

目的:建立薄层扫描法测定肝豆灵片中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:样品经超声法制备

以苯-乙酸-乙酯-甲醇-异丙醇-浓氨试液(12∶6∶3∶3∶1)为展开剂

检测波长437nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.974μg～4.870μg范围内线性良好

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for determining Berberine hydrochloride in Gandouling Tablet by TLC-Scanning. Methods:Berberine hydrochloride in Gandouling Tablet was determinated with a mixture of benzene-ethylacetate-methanol-isopropanol-ammonia(12∶6∶3∶3∶1) as the developing system. The detection wavelength was 437 nm. Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.974 μg～4.870 μg

r=0.9992.The average recovery was 98.0% and RSD was 2.63%.Conclusions:The method was quick

simple

accurate and suitable for the content determination of Berberine hydrochloride in Gandouling Tablet.
