摘要

目的:了解贯叶连翘提取物和盐酸赖氨酸复方(2:1

赖金丝)的抗炎作用。方法:采用小鼠耳壳二甲苯性炎症法、小鼠滤纸片诱发肉芽肿法和醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细曲管通透性增高法。结果:赖金丝能显著抑制小鼠耳肿胀

抑制肉芽组织增生

降低腹腔毛细血管通透性。结论:赖金丝可以抑制急性炎症

其作用机制可能与抑制毛细血管通透性有关;可以抑制肉芽肿组织增生。

Abstract

Objective: To find out the anti-inflammatory effects of the complex(LaiJinsi

2:1) of extract of Hypericum perforatum L (EHPL) and lysine hydrochloride. Method:The models of xylene-induced ear edema

vascular permeability increased by acetic acid and granuloma induced by filter paper flip in mice were used in the study. Result: LaiJinsi could inhibit the ear edema

granuloma proliferation and reduce vascular permeability significantly in mice. Conclusion:LaiJinsi could inhibit the progress of acute inflammation

the probable mechanism may be related to inhibition of vascular permeability; could inhibit the proliferation of granuloma.
