摘要

目的:对当归芍药散精简方(FBD)的有效部位进行化学成分的研究。方法:用GC-MS对FBD挥发油部位进行研究

同时以硅胶柱层析法对FBD挥发油部位化学成分进行分离

石油醚-乙酸乙酯洗脱。结果:FBD挥发油部位通过GC-MS共分离出32个色谱峰

鉴定了其中25个成分

占所出峰的92%;硅胶柱层析共获得4个化合物

鉴定了其中3个

分别为白术内酯Ⅲ(Atractylenolide Ⅲ)、茯苓酸(pachymic acid)和阿魏酸(Ferulic acid)。结论:FBD挥发油部位可能是其抗老年期痴呆的有效部位。

Abstract

Object:To study active chemical constituents of Danggui Shaoyao San.Methods:Compounds in the fraction of volatile oil were studied by GC-MS and isolated by silica gel chromatography.Results:Thirty-two peaks were separated and twenty-four of them were identified by GC-MS;four compounds were obtained and three of them were identified as atractylenolide Ⅲ

phchymic acid and ferulic acid.Conclusion:The volatile oil may by the active fraction in preventing and treatment of senile dementia.
