摘要

目的:建立山柰中对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯的含量测定方法。方法:GC测定山柰中对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯的含量。采用SE-30为固定相的色谱柱

柱温为200℃。结果:此方法线性关系良好(r=0.9995)

平均回收率为97.8%

相对标准偏差RSD为1.1%(n=5)。结论:本法可控制药材的质量。

Abstract

Objective:A method of determination of ethyl-p-methoxy-cinnamate in Rhizoma Kaempferiae is developed.Method:GC was performed to determine the content of ethy-p-methoxy-cinnamate on SE-30 column

column temperature at 200℃.Results:The linearity of this method was good

and the averge recovery was 98.7%

RSD=1.1%(n=5) . Conclusion:The method is suit to control the quality of the drug.
