摘要

病名诊断是中医临床诊断的核心内容。针对肝豆状核变性病名在理论上、临床应用上存在的诸多问题

从病名科学化、标准化、规范化的角度

探讨了该病名的不足之处

在复习了大量的古典文献基础上

提出中医用Wilson病或中译名“威尔逊病”取代肝豆状核变性病名

更有利于该病的学术交流和研究。

Abstract

Disease name diagnosis is the core matter in clinical diagnosis of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The name of Hepatolenticular degeneration has a lot of problems from a scientific

standar dization and normalization point of view. Based on classical literatures

the authors discuss the shortcoming of the disease name and suggest to replace "hepatolenticular degeneration" by "Wilson's disease".
