摘要

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定补肾腰痛颗粒中二苯乙烯苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法

十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱;乙腈-水(25:75)为流动相;检测波长为320nm。结果:2

4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的线性范围为0.05～0.25μg

r=0.99999;回收率为97.47%

RSD为2.23%。结论:该方法操作简便、快速、准确。

Abstract

Object:To develope a HPLC method to determine the content of 2

4′-tetrahydroxystibene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in BUSHENYAOTONG granule.Method:The HPLC method was carried out on an ODS column using a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(25:75)

and detection wavelength was 320nm.Result:with a relation efficient of 0.9999.Good linear relationshipe between wrea and amount was noted for 0.05～0.25μg.The average recovery of 2

4′-tetrahydroxy stibene-2-O-β-D-glucoside and RSD were 97.47% and 2.23%

respectively.Conclusion:It was proved that the method was available

simple and accurate.
