摘要

中药复方物质基础及作用机制的研究是中医药科学化和现代化的关键。对近20年来

该领域的研究进展及方法进行了简单的回顾综述

并就复方效应物质基础研究中所碰到的具体问题及难点如实验对象的选择、样本的处理、检测方法、效应成分的确定等进行了总结分析。多学科交流协作的加深、新方法的涌出会为复方的研究带来发展。

Abstract

The studies on the effective compounds of decoction are the key on the development of Traditonal Chinese Medicines. A review

including the progression and methods on the effective compounds of decoction

was made

based on the summary of many reports.At the same time

some hard problems were analyzed

such as how to choose the experiment object

sample preparation and mensuration

to verify the effective components.The deeper intercommunion among the correlative subjects and a flood of new thoughts would accelerate the study of decoctions.
