摘要

根据中医大怒、大寒致瘀理论

造成大鼠血液流变学呈粘、浓、凝状态的急性“血瘀症”模型

证明养心正脉颗粒能明显改善大鼠的全血粘度和红细胞电泳时间等血液流变学指标。对心脑血管作用比较明显

对急性脑缺血缺氧有显著保护作用。养心正脉颗粒还可使离体免动脉环拮抗去甲肾上腺素对主动脉的收缩作用

对离体豚鼠心脏有增加冠脉流量的作用。

Abstract

The results showed that Yangxinzhengmai Keli can improve viscosity of whole blood and electrophoresis time of red blood cell. Yangxinzhengmai Kli can also affect the cardiocerebral vessels and antagonize the contraction-induced by norepinephrine for the rabbit aortic ring. It can protect acute cerebral ischemia and anoxia and enhanced the volume of flow of extracorporeal coronary artery in guinea pig.
