摘要

目的:建立元胡止痛口服液的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别制剂中元胡和白芷

并应用薄层扫描法测定了延胡索乙素的含量。结果:该方法线性方程为Y=0.00002735X-0.3826

r=0.9986

线性范围1.016μg～10.16μg

平均加样回收率10.09%

RSD为30%。结论:上述方法可用于元胡止痛口服液的质量控制。

Abstract

Rhizoma Corydalis and Radix Angelicae Dahuricae in Yuanhuzhitong oral liquid were identified by TLC.Dltetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhuzhitong oral liquid was determined by TLCS.Results showed the regression equation was:Y=0.0002735X-0.3821

r=0.9986

the linear range was 1.016μg～10.16μg

mean sample recovery rate was 100.9%

RSD was 3.0%.The results indicated the method could be used for the quality control of Yuanhuzhitong oral liquid.
