摘要

研究中药制剂(单方或复方)的药代动力学是中医药发展现代化的趋势

应用科学的方法和相对量化的指标对中药新制剂进行控制

从而使药代动力学的研究结果早日纳入我国的中药新药审批条例之中。

Abstract

It is the tendency of developing Chinese medicine to investigate the pharmacokinetics for traditional Chinese medicine agent (simplex or compound).It is necessary to regulate traditional Chinese medicine agent with scientific method and relatively quantitative marker;the results of pharmacokinetics investigation will be as some rules to judge the new drug of the traditional Chinese medicine.
