摘要

目的:研究壳聚糖澄清法在金灯山根口服液制备工艺中的除杂效果及保留有效成分的作用。方法:以苦参碱作为评价指标

通过正交试验优选澄清条件

并与醇沉方法进行比较。结果:澄清法所制备样品中的苦参碱含量、TLC鉴别和稳定性与醇沉法比较均无显著性差异。结论:壳聚糖澄清法具有简化工艺

缩短生产周期

提高制剂稳定性的优点

可用于金灯山根口服液的制备。

Abstract

Aim:To study the clarifications effect of removing the impurity and reserving the effective substances.Method:Select the best clarify condition.Compare the effect of clarification and alcohol-settled.Result:there is no siqnaficantly difference on content of Matrine

TLC-identifiction and stability between clarification and alcohol-settled.Conclusion:The clarification method provide better stability

lower cost and shorter production cycle.
