摘要

目的:研究龟板的水提工艺。方法:采用正交设计法

以煎出率及含氮量为考察指标

对影响龟板提取工艺的因素进行了优选。结果:实验设计四因素中粉碎度、提取次数、提取时间对提取效果有显著影响。结论:龟板提取的最佳工艺为A2B3C2D2

即粉碎度为20～40目

加8倍量水

提取3次

每次2h。

Abstract

Objective:To study the water extraction techniques of Chinemys reevesill (Gray).Methods:The water decocting techniques were optimized by orthogonal designed methods with the dried water decocting rates and the contents of nitrogen in the extract.Results:The smash degree

decocting time and extracting times significantly effected the extracting efficiency.Conclusion:The optimal decocting conditions of Chinemys reevesii were:smashing into 20～40 meshes powder

adding 8 times amount of water and refluxing for three time and each time for two hours.
