摘要

探讨舒心益脉胶囊对冠心病不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)患者血浆α颗粒膜蛋白-140(GMP140)的影响及临床疗效。采用ELIAS法检测血浆GMP-140水平与治疗前对比

并观察心绞痛症状、心电图缺血变化。中药组心绞痛症状、心电图缺血较对照组亦明显改善。舒心益脉胶囊配合阿司匹林应用可抑制UAP患者血小板活化功能的异常

并具良好的抗心绞痛疗效。

Abstract

To discuss the influence of Shu Xin Yi Mai Capsule(SXYMC)on α-Granule Membrane Protein-140(GMP-140)in plasma of the Unstable Angina patients(UAP)and to observe the clinical effect

before and after the treatment

plasma GMP-140 was compared with ELISA.At the same time

the symptoms of angina and the change of myocardial ischemia were observed

compared with another 44 cases group of the health.Results showed the level of GMP-140 of teh two groups was higher than the health one(P<0.05).The symptoms of angina and the change of myocardial ischemia were markedly improved in compare with the control one.
