Objective:To Study the extraction process of Niaoduqing film table.Methods:The extraction effects of three processes on Rhubarb were contrasted used content determination and pharmacodynamics methods.The optimum SFE CO2 extraction conditions were studied by orthogonal test.Result:It can increase the extraction rate of active principle and ensure curative effect with the SFE CO2 extraction process on Rhubarb.The optimum SFE CO2 process condition was A2B2C2D1

and the extraction process way was designed reasonable and has directive meaning to bigproduction.
