摘要

采用药典法测定不同澄清工艺样品的总固体物含量;薄层扫描法测定黄芪甲苷含量;苯酚硫酸法测定多糖含量。考察乙醇沉淀法和壳聚糖澄清剂对玉屏风口服液有效成分含量及总固体物含量的影响

并进行了澄清效果、制剂稳定性比较。结果两种澄清工艺的澄清效果、制剂稳定性相似;壳聚糖澄清剂对黄芪甲苷和多糖含量基本无影响;乙醇沉淀法在使制剂总固体物含量明显减少的同时

也使多糖含量显著降低。

Abstract

The effects of alcohol sediment and chitosan clarifier were studied on the contents of astragaloside IV

determined by TLC-scanning method

and polysaccharide

calculated by phenol-sulfuric acid method and the total weight of sediment of Yupingfeng oral liquid.The clarification and stability of the liquid were also compared.The results showed two techniques hold similar clarify and stability.Chitosan had no effects on the contents of astragaloside IV and polysaccharide

but alcohol obviously decreased the total solid and polysaccharide of oral liquid.
