摘要

探讨葛根汤的抗炎作用机制。结果表明

葛根汤8.2gkg、16.4gkg致炎前三天开始以灌胃方式连续给药21d

可明显抑制致炎19d的佐剂性关节炎大鼠关节液中IL-1β、TNF-α的活性及PGE2的含量。提示葛根汤抑制炎症区域细胞因子的活性和炎症介质的含量

是葛根汤抗炎作用的机理之一。

Abstract

The aim of this study was to discuss the anti-inflammation mechanism of GeGen Decoction (GGD).The results showed GGD could significantly inhibit the activity of IL-1 β/TNF-α and decrease the level of PGE2 in the joint of Adjuvant Arthritis rats by giving GGD (8.2g/kg

16.4g/kg

ig) for three days before modeling till 21 days.It indicates GGD can inhibit the activity of cytokines in the inflammatory area and decrease the level of inflammatory media

which may be one of its anti-inflammation mechanisms of GGD.
