摘要

目的:提取江西巴蜗牛的生物活性成分

并研究其是否具有抑制乙型肝炎病毒复制的生物学功能。方法:将江西巴蜗牛去壳、匀浆后采用溶剂提取法提取并复溶精制

制得提取物。该提取物以Pitrowsky试验、碘液试验、Molisch试验及Seliwanoff试验作初步定性后

再用PCR法体外实验观察其对乙型肝炎病毒复制过程的抑制作用。结果:该提取物经初步鉴定为一类多糖物质

体外实验观察结果显示其具有抑制乙型肝炎病毒复制生物学功能。结论:江西巴蜗牛经人工提取可获得一类多糖物质

即天螺霜;且天螺霜具有体外抗乙型肝炎病毒复制的生物学功能

Abstract

After rinding and homogenation

we extracted the organic element by Solvent extraction methods. Then the extract was qualitatively analysesed through pitrowsky test

Iodine test

Molisch test and Seliwanoff test. Inhibitive effect hepatitis B virus was observed. Results showed the extract was initially identified as polysaccharide. The results showed the polysaccharide had organic function to inhibit duplication of Hepatitis B virus in vitrol.
