摘要

目的:选择复壮胶囊方药成分提取时药材最佳组合方式。方法:将方药组合成15组

用半仿生提取法提取

提取液作淫羊藿苷、β-谷甾醇、甜菜碱、人参二醇、人参三醇、总糖、干浸膏及无水乙醇精制液的高效液相梯度洗脱总积分面积的测定。结果:8个指标综合评价Y值以ABCD最大。结果:复壮胶囊方药成分提取时以淫羊藿、肉苁蓉、枸杞、人参混合提取为最佳。

Abstract

Objective:To optimize the extraction methods of combined ingredients of Fuzhuang capsule.Methods:Dividing the ingredients into 15 groups extracted by semi-bionic extraction (SBE)
