摘要

目的:对血栓通注射液进行了薄层定性及质量标准研究。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中三七进行定性鉴别;采用薄层扫描法对方中三七中的人参皂苷Rb1、Rg1进行含量测定。结果:人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1的线性范围分别为170～850μg、306～714μg

平均回收率分别为99.26%

96.73%。结论:方法可行

重复性好

能有效地控制该制剂的质量。

Abstract

Objective:To establish the qualitative and quantittive methods of Xueshuantong injection.Methods:TLC scanning method for the quantitative analysis.Results:The linear range and average recovery of ginsenoside Rb1 and Rg1 were 1.02～7-14μg and 1.7～8.5μg

and 99.08% and 96.73%

respectively.Conclusion:The method was convenient

accurate and practicable.
