摘要

目的:研究如意金黄贴剂的最佳提取条件。方法:采用正交设计法

以小檗碱含量和最低抑菌浓度为指标

以提取挥发油、醇浓度、提取时间为因子进行试验。结果:如意金黄贴剂的最佳提取条件是:提取时间为3h(第一次提取2h

第二次提取1h

醇浓度为90%。结论:优选得到的工艺稳定可行。

Abstract

Objective:To Study the optimal extracting techniques of Ruyi-jinhuang plaster.Methods:By using of contents of berberine and minimal lihibitory concentration as indexes

the conditions of extracting volatile oil

alcoholic concentration and extracting time were determined with orthogonal design method.Results:The optimal extracting conditions are as follows:using 90% alcohol as extracting solvent to extract for two times

the first times for 2 hous and second times for 1 hour.Conclusion:The optimal technique is stable and high efficient.
