摘要

采用色谱-质谱联用技术测定超临界CO2萃取的知母总皂苷中化学成分。气相的条件为:毛细管柱

进样口温度:285℃

柱温初始温度为200℃

然后以10℃min的升温速率升至285℃

柱前压50kPa;质谱用EI离子源。结果发现超临界CO2萃取的知母总苷中含有7个组分

并对其进行了结构鉴定。以胆甾醇为内标物

用内标法准确测定了知母总苷中各组分含量。

Abstract

The analytical method of the sapogenins

extracted from Anemarrhena asphodeloides by Supercritical CO2 fluid extracting technique

was established by GC-MS method for the first time.Experimental conditions:Column:capillary

Inlet pressure:50kPa

Injector temperature:285℃

Initial teperature:200℃

Rate:10℃/min

Finial temperature:285℃ and MS detected with EI.Seven components in the sapogenins were separated and characterized by GC-MS.The contents of each component in the total sapogenins extract were determined by using cholesterol as internal-reference substance.
