摘要

探讨腺嘌呤致大鼠慢性肾衰模型中血NO、NOS及TNF-α变化及坚肾合剂的治疗作用。结果:坚肾合剂可显著降低CRF大鼠24h尿蛋白

改善肾功能作用接近尿毒清;在升高NO、降低TNF-α方面

坚肾合剂明显优于尿毒清。

Abstract

The levels of NO

NOS and TNF-α of blood were investigated in CRF rats after treatment with Jianshen mixture.The result showed that Jianshen mixture could obviously decrease the content of urinary proteins within 24h in CRF rats

and improve renal function.The effect was closed to Niaoduqing.Jianshen mixture was better than Niaoduqing in increasing of NO and decreasing of TNF-α concentrations in CRF rat's blood.
