摘要

采用四氯化碳（CCl4）高脂低蛋白等复合因素诱导的大鼠肝纤维化模型，以秋水仙碱作对照，观察抗纤软肝冲剂对肝功能、免疫学、肝纤维化相关指标、肝组织羟脯氨酸（Hyp）及肝组织病理学的影响。结果：抗纤软肝冲剂和秋水仙碱有良好的抗肝纤维化效果，其中抗纤软肝冲剂有显著改善肝功能、调节免疫功能、降低免疫复合物（IC）、降低肝纤维化相关指标和Hyp含量的作用。

Abstract

The effect and mechanism of the Kangxian Rungan granule (KXRG) on antihepatic fibrosis were studied in rat model of hepatic fibrosis induced by complex factors of CCl4 and foods of high fat and low protein.The results showed that KXRG and colchicine had good effects on antihepatic fibrosis.KXRG could obviously improve liver functions

regulate immunologic functions and decrease immunologic compound(IC)

relevant index on hepatic fibrosis and the level of hydroxyproline(Hyp).
