摘要

观察糖肾胶囊对高果糖餐大鼠模型的胰岛素抵抗性与leptin水平的影响。结果糖肾胶囊对大鼠的收缩期血压无显著改善作用;胰岛素敏感性(即胰岛素抵抗性改善)指标M值及leptin浓度

TSJN组较FFR组有非常显著的差异

与空白组比较无显著差异;M值与血浆leptin浓度呈非常显著的负相关关系。

Abstract

The effect of Tangshen capsule on insulin resistance and leptin levels was investigated in fructose-fed rats.The result showed that the systolic pressure of the rats in Tangshen capsule group has no improvement.M value and leptin concentration

the parameters for the improvement of insulin sensitivity

were significantly different between Tangshen capsule group and FFR group

but no obvious difference was found between Tangshen capsule group and control group.M value showed a significantly negative correlation with the plasma leptin.
