摘要

采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的牡丹皮、葛根、丹参、黄连进行定性鉴别;采用薄层扫描法对制剂中的黄芪甲甙进行定量。结果:定性鉴别能从样品中检出以上各药的斑点。含量测定黄芪甲甙在0.25～1.75μg有良好的线性关系

回收率为97.04%。

Abstract

The TLC methods were used to identify contex moutan

radix puerariae

radix salvia miltiorrhizae and rhizoma coptidis in Tangjunkang oral liquid.The content of astragaloside IV was determied in the prescription by TLC scanning.The method was linear within the range from 0.25μg to 1.75μg with an average recovery of 97.04%.
