MA Jun-li. Chemical Constituents from the Leaves of [J]. Chinese journal of experimental traditional medical formulae, 2013, 19(8): 95-97. DOI: 10.11653/syfj2013080095.
Objective: To study on chemical constituents from the leaves of Lonicera japonica. Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basis of physic-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Result: Seven compounds were obtained and identified as diosmetin(1)
quercetin (2)
tricin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3)
quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)
rutin(5)
loniceroside A (6) and loniceroside B (7)
respectively. Conclusion: The seven compounds were obtained from the leaves of L. japonica for the first time.
