目的: 观察蒙成药给旺-9对四氯化碳诱导大鼠急性肝衰竭的影响。 方法: 采用灌胃法给30%四氯化碳(CCl4)(4 mL·kg-1)诱导大鼠急性肝衰竭模型。造模24 h时分别检测正常组、模型组、蒙成药给旺-9低、中、高剂量组(1.3

3.9 g·kg-1)血清中丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)和天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的活性以及肝指数和胃匀浆中的胃蛋白酶等指标。 结果: 模型组与正常组比较对血清AST
ALT均有极明显增高(均P<0.01);NO
胃蛋白酶和肝指数均有明显的增高(P<0.05)。各给药组与模型组比较
蒙成药给旺-9低剂量组对血清NO
胃蛋白酶均明显降低(均P<0.05)。蒙成药给旺-9中剂量对血清AST
