摘要

目的: 观察翘荷汤治疗急性咽炎的临床疗效。方法: 将124例急性咽炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组

各组62例。治疗组给予翘荷汤加味(每日1剂)

对照组给予头孢氨苄胶囊(0.5 g/次

3次/d)

均口服

连续7 d。结果: 治疗组痊愈38例

总有效率为96.77%

对照组痊愈32例

总有效率为82.26%

两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率治疗组为3.23%

对照组为11.29%

两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论: 翘荷汤加味对急性咽炎的临床疗效优于头孢氨苄胶囊

且不良反应少

可供临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective: To observe clinical curative effect of Qiaohe plus decoction (QPD) for treating acute pharyngitis. Method: One-hundred and twenty-four patients with acute pharyngitis were divided into two groups at random(62 cases by QPD

1 dose daily; 62 cases by cefalexin capsules

0.5 g

tid). Result: The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 96.77% and 82.26% respectively

difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). The adverse reaction in treatment group and control group were 3.23% and 11.29% respectively

difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: QPD has a better efficacy for the treatment of acute pharyngitis

and shows less side effect.
