摘要

目的: 研究桂枝汤拆方前后芍药苷的含量变化。方法: 采用Diamonsil RP-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm × 250 mm

5 μm)

流动相乙腈-水

流速1.0 mL·min-1

检测波长230 nm。结果: 桂枝汤拆方前后芍药苷含量由高到低的顺序为去大枣组>去生姜组>全方组>去桂枝组>去甘草组

去甘草组、去桂枝组与全方组比较均有显著性差异;去生姜组和去大枣组与全方组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论: 甘草、桂枝均有助于白芍中芍药苷的溶出

生姜和大枣对白芍中芍药苷的溶出影响不大。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate effects of Guizhi decoction and its disassembled prescriptions on the content of paeoniflorin. Method: A gradient HPLC system was used in the quantitative analysis of paeoniflorin on Diamonsil RP-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase

the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Result: The content of paeoniflorin had great changes comparing Guizhi decoction with its different disassembled prescriptions

the order of it was group 4>group 3>group 5>group 1>group 2;By comparing with group 5

group 2 and group 1 had significant differences(P<0.05)

but group 3 and group 4 had not. Conclusion: Radix Ei Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae and Ramulus Cinnamomi were helpful to the dissolution of paeoniflorin from Radix Paeoniae Alba

but Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens and Fructus Jujubae had few effects on it.
