以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(含0.1%三乙胺)(3:97)为流动相
流速1 mL·min-1
检测波长205 nm
柱温30℃。 结果: 盐酸麻黄碱与样品中其他组分分离效果好
盐酸麻黄碱进样量在0.188~0.940 μg具有良好线性关系
平均回收率99.39%
RSD 1.38%(n=6)。 结论: 方法简便易行
准确可靠
所建的方法可用于冯了性风湿跌打药酒的质量控制。
Abstract
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Fengliaoxing Fengshi Dieda wine. Method: The chromatographic column was Yilite C18(4.6 mm×200 mm
5 μm); the mobile phase was acetonitril-0.1% phosphoric acid (0.1% triethameamine) (3: 97); the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1; the detecting wavelength was set at 205 nm
and the column temperature was kept at 30℃. Result: The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.188-0.940 μg. The average recovery was 99.39% and RSD was 1.38% (n=6). Conclusion: The method established was accuracy
sensitive and simple. It can be used for quality control of Fengliaoxing Fengshi Dieda wine.
