摘要

目的: 研究三清降糖方及各分离化学部位的对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用

对效应显著部位进行物质基础定性分析。方法: 大孔吸附树脂分离制备各化学部位样品(JT-1~JT-13); 葡萄糖氧化酶法和淀粉耐量实验考察样品对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的影响。结果: JT-1

JT-7部位对α-葡萄糖苷酶有显著抑制作用

其中JT-7部位对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用最显著。结论: 生物碱和苷类成分可能是三清降糖方对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用的主要物质基础。

Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the inhibitory activity of Sanqing Jiangtang decoction and chemical constituents on alpha glucosidase enzyme and to exploit the bioactive constituents. Method: The samples were prepared by macroporous adsorptive resins(JT-1-JT-13). Glucose oxidase method and starch tolerance test experiments were adopted to evaluate the inhibitory activity of Sanqing Jiangtang decoction and its different separated fractions. Result: It was found that fractions(JT-1

separated from Sanqing Jiangtang decoction

mainly contributed to the inhibitory activity. JT-7 showed the most significant activities in the experiments. Conclusion: Glycosides and alkaloid may be the principle effective substance in the active fraction.
