Objective: To study the effects of Cuscuta chinensis on free radical in brain tissue and ability of resistance in exercise-induced fatigue rats. Method: The high-intensity endurance training in rats was used to establish exercise-induced fatigue model.The modeling rats were divided into the 4 groups:model group

superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in brain were observed. Result: The weight in C. chinensis groups was increased group(P<0.05)
swimming time became longer (P<0.01) compared with model.In C. chinensis groups MDA were decreased compared with model group (P<0.01)
and SOD
GSH-Px activity was significantly increasee. Conclusion: C. chinensis has the antioxidation action and increase ability of resistance on exercise-induced fatigue
