Objective: To explore the Clinical treatment of adhesive ileus by Dachengqi Tang. Method: We analyzed 113 cases suffered from adhesive ileus. The 113 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. Fifty-eight cases in treatment group had been given conventional therapy and Dachengqi Tang

and the other 55 cases in control group had been given conventional therapy. The total effective

10.9%) between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05). Concolusion: Combine treatment of traditional Chinese with western medicine for adhesion ileus shows better curative effect compared with that of pure western medicine treatment group. It is safe and promising clinically.
