Objective: To optimize subcritical water extraction technology of Codonopsis tangshen. Method: With composite score of yield of lobetyolin and polysaccharides from C. tangshen as index
effects of liquid-solid ratio
extraction time and temperature on subcritical water extraction technology was investigated by single-factor tests and orthogonal test
and compared with traditional extraction technology. Result: Optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:extraction temperature 150 ℃
liquid-solid ratio 12 mL·g-1
extraction time 45 min;Under these conditions
yield of lobetyolin and polysaccharides from C. tangshen was up to 0.110 2
195.1 mg·g-1
respectively. Conclusion: Comparing with conventional water boiling technology
this optimized technology could significantly shorten extraction time and significantly improve yield of lobetyolin and polysaccharides from C. tangshen.
