摘要

目的: 分析炒王不留行中化学成分。方法: 采用C18反相硅胶柱色谱法、凝胶柱色谱法、聚酰胺柱色谱法和制备高效液相色谱法对化合物进行分离、纯化

通过理化常数测定和紫外(UV)、红外(IR)、质谱(FAB-MS)核磁共振(1H-NMR

13C-NMR)等光谱法鉴定其化学结构。结果: 从炒王不留行中分离并鉴定了4个化合物

分别为 (2S)-N

N-三甲基色氨酸内铵盐

洋芹素-6-C-阿拉伯糖-葡萄糖苷

王不留行黄酮苷(洋芹素-6-C-葡萄糖-阿拉伯糖-4'-O-葡萄糖苷)

洋芹素-6-C-双葡萄糖苷。结论: (2S)-N

N-三甲基色氨酸内铵盐为首次从植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze chemical compositions in the seed of fried Vaccaria segetalis. Method: Compounds were isolated and purified by C18 reverse phase silica gel column chromatography

N-trimethyl tryptophane betabine

celereoin-6-C-arabinose-glucopyranoside

vaccaria flavonoid glycosides(apigenin-6-C-glucose-arabinose-4'-O-glucosiede)

celereoin-6-C-double-glucopyranoside. Conclusion: Among them

(2S)-N

N-trimethyl tryptophane betabine was first isolated from plants.
