Objective: To study the influence of Kanli granule on myocardial energy metabolism and cardiac function. Method: Heart failure model were developed in rats by transverse aortic constriction(TAC). After 1 week of the operation
rats were treated orally with trimetazidine(0.36 mg·kg-1)

ATP
ATP/ADP was reduced (P<0.001) in model group BD;Compared with model group
LVEDP(P<0.05) were all reduced in group of Kainli granule
+dp/dtmax(P<0.05)
ATP was increased(P<0.05) in group M of Kainli granule. Conclusion: Kanli granule can improve left ventricular diastolic function
energy metabolism and improve the efficacy of cardiac structure and function.
